Who is Coach Doug Christy:

Doug has "walked in the shoes" of the majority of his clients and this journey led him to create Pro/Vision Coaching, Inc., a professionally licensed business coaching firm in the heartland of America.

He understands firsthand the personal and professional challenges one can encounter by not developing a clear vision, with actions, that drive the results they need.  As a leader and business owner during the past 30 years, he truly believes that accountability and responsibility define what is expected of any owner or leader.  And he also understands that this ownership and leadership transcends the individual - to fellow partners, shareholders, family, employees and their family, and ultimately to the communities in which they live and serve.

Helping these business owners and leaders succeed is not a profession to Doug, but a passion.
